The project consists of an approximately 91,705 square feet senior living facility that is made up of 97 apartment units. The project also has a leasing/management space, fitness center, and other amenity areas in the building. HOGAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP is soliciting bids from qualified subctonractors and vendors for the following project:
BROOKHAVEN PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING The project involves a new three story 36,031 sf Public Safety Building. Included is Police operations and administration and a courtroom. The bottom level of the building is cut into the hill. The total site area is approximately 18 Acres, approximately 5 Acres to be disturbed. The site borders Peachtree Creek and GA Power high voltage lines and requires a significant amount of grading for parking and the building. Please refer to the geotechnical report found in vol. 1 of the specifications.
