Project Description:

HOGAN CONSTRUCTION GROUP  is soliciting bids from qualified subctonractors and vendors for the following project:



The project involves a new three story 36,031 sf Public Safety Building.  Included is Police operations and administration and a courtroom.  The bottom level of the building is cut into the hill.  The total site area is approximately 18 Acres, approximately 5 Acres to be disturbed.  The site borders Peachtree Creek and GA Power high voltage lines and requires a significant amount of grading for parking and the building.  Please refer to the geotechnical report found in vol. 1 of the specifications.

The work involved for this project includes; site clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, and infrastructure; segmental block retaining walls, walks, paving, curb & gutter, striping and signs, landscaping, grassing, Concrete work, masonry, cultured stone veneer, structural & miscellaneous steel, decorative metal railings including glass railings, millwork and casework, bullet resistant panels, Waterproofing and Sealants, Traffic Coating, metal faced composite wall panels, standng seam metal roofing,  Doors, Frames and hardware, storefront & curtain wall, bullet resistant transaction windows, security glazing, louvers, Drywall systems, tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and resilient athletic flooring, epoxy terrazzo flooring, painting and wall coverings, specialties, appliances, projection screens, fume hoods, roller shades, entry mats, detention furniture, machine room-less traction elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electr ical, Communications, AV, MATV, Paging, Intercommunication System, Electronic Safety and Security.
