Turner Construction has been building in Georgia since 1929 and running an Atlanta office since 1976, and the work coming out of that office touches nearly every corner of this city. Turner delivered 1072 West Peachtree, the tallest tower built in Atlanta in more than three decades. On the Westside, Turner built the Mary Schmidt Campbell Center for Innovation & the Arts at Spelman College, an $86 million facility designed as a front porch between the campus and the surrounding neighborhoods, after completing the renovation of Spelman’s Rockefeller Arts Building the year before.

The pipeline ahead is just as substantial. Turner’s Atlanta office works across higher education, healthcare, mission-critical and data center, sports and recreation, industrial, and criminal justice, and the firm currently has three projects under construction at the University of Georgia alone.

Nationally, Turner ranks first on ENR’s Top 400 and has been awarded ten projects valued above a billion dollars each in 2026. Metro Atlanta construction starts are forecast at $24.3 billion this year.
